I heard the news that a Finnish band-Lordi won this year's Eurovision. Eurovision is an annual televised song contest,I got to know it since I moved to Finland,because I can not see or get many news about this in China.
Well,this Lordi is a hard rock band and they dressed like monsters from hell.Very special and they sing in English.I can say they are kinda of Finnish national heros since this is in many years that Finland get into the first ten and even now the first one in this contest.

And before they won, many people in Finland thought they shouldn't join because they would harm how people view Finland. Now they all changed their mind
By accident this was the only song I saw from the songcontest. Seeing this I realy thought they wouldn't be able to end in the higher part of the list. Next day on the radio I heard they won. It very much surprised me. The Dutch song did not make it to the finals.

When I saw the Finnish song I thought they would win and I was right I liked it because it was original and differentl. The Dutch band was really bad.
