Tasty ribs

Yesterday we had some really tasty ribs,cooked in swedish style.While it is a typical christmas dish in sweden(as the cooking book said).
We just wanted to try it out. It was really successful,or maybe because there has been a little bit long time we did not eat so much meat(because I do not like the meat smell here).
So today it is kinda losing weight day for me,since yesterday I had eaten so much meat.
