This weekend will be the midsummer day,juhannus in finnish. That the day that the sun will shine almost all the day, and after that the day will become shorter and shorter,also in Finland that the summer is going away.
People will light a big fire in someplace,especialy in some island, and sit around it and drink and enjoy it. This is a quite traditional festival among nordic countries.

Last year we at "Juhannus" we were in Kuusamo. We went walking at midnight but saw no bonfires at all!
From a ditance we saw the sun "not go down".
