Yesterday I tried to cook Udon noodle with seafood soup.Well it tasted ok because the ingrediences are not easy to find,since in Finland there are only one small Japanese shop and two or three asian shops that sell asian spices. I even have to change something in the recipe.
I do not really like cooking very much,in China most of the time we eat outside in a restaurant.But now in Finland it is a good chance for me to practice cooking skills. Slowly I will like it,but it needs time.
This is Udon noodle and hope one day I will eat the real ones in Japan.
